Legal&Tax approached Zetigon with their recruitment and onboarding challenges. Much of the companies effort was being put into screening, interviewing, contacting and training candidates – with a very low ‘job acceptance’ rate.
Our solution was to develop an automated candidate application and training portal to take the administration away from the human.
About this Project
Applicants visit the onboarding portal where they are asked to complete a range of questions. The Legal&Tax team are notified. The team can view all applications and accept or reject people directly from their dashboard.
Once accepted, a user is automatically onboarded to the platform and must complete a set of training material and tests. The platform automatically guides candidates through this process and prevents users from going off course.
This system has helped Legal&tax save thousands of HR hours and allowed countless more positions to become available at the company.
